How to use

For the body: Use on clean skin after washing. Spray an appropriate amount directly onto the skin or take some in the palm of your hand and massage into the skin.
For hair: Use before brushing or whenever your hair feels dry. Spray about 15cm away from the paper. Then massage into the skin with a brush or your hands.
